MSMEs operating as companies now have additional time to complete pending statutory filings under the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme (CCFS-2026). The deadline has been extended from 31 August to 15 September 2026, while all other scheme terms remain unchanged.
Action: Eligible MSME companies should use the extended window to complete their pending filings.
