India and the United States have reached a landmark trade agreement that expands market access for Indian agricultural and export products while fully protecting domestic farming interests. Several Indian agri products will now receive zero-tariff entry into the US, opening new opportunities for farmers, MSMEs, women entrepreneurs, and youth. At the same time, all sensitive agricultural and dairy items remain excluded, ensuring complete security for Indian producers. The agreement supports exports, strengthens global partnerships, and aligns with India’s long-term economic goals.
